환자식 Diet / Food
모든 환자에게는 상태별 맞춤 처방식이 제공됩니다. 특정 알러지가 있거나 환자가 선호하는 사료가 있는 경우에만 별도로 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. A customized prescription diet tailored to each patient's condition is provided. Please bring your pet's regular food or preferred treats only if they have specific allergies or strong dietary preferences.

소지품 Personal Belongings
보호자의 체취가 담긴 담요나 장난감은 입원 중인 환자의 심리적 안정에 큰 도움이 됩니다. 단, 치료,입원 중 오염 된 경우 분실 우려로 세탁이 불가하며 심한 오염 (분변,혈액 등)이 되었을 경우 환자의 건강과 위생을 위하여 의료진 판단 하에 사전 안내 없이 폐기 될 수 있습니다. Blankets or toys with the owner's scent can greatly help soothe hospitalized pets. However, to prevent loss, these cannot be washed if soiled during treatment or stay. In cases of severe contamination (feces, blood, etc.), items may be discarded after prior notification based on the medical team's judgment for the pet's health and hygiene.

환자의 안전한 치료를 위해 기저 질환, 복용 중인 약물, 알러지 여부를 반드시 의료진에게 공유해 주십시오. For your pet's safe treatment, please be sure to share any underlying conditions, current medications, or known allergies with the veterinary team.

면회제한 Visiting Hours
매일 10:00 - 21:00 단, 회진 시간(12:30 - 13:30/16:30 - 17:30) 야간/응급진료(21:00 – 익일 9:30)에는 면회가 제한됩니다. Daily 10:00 - 21:00. Note: Visiting is restricted during doctor's rounds (12:30–13:30 / 16:30–17:30) and overnight/emergency care hours (21:00–09:30 Next Day). -
제한시간 Time Limit
1일 1회 15분 이내로 제한됩니다. 단, 환자의 상태에 따라 면회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 근골격계, 심장수술 등 중증환자의 경우 흥분에 따른 위험으로 면회가 10분 이내 혹은 제한될 수 있습니다. Visits are limited to once a day, up to 15 minutes. Visits may be further restricted depending on the patient's condition. For critical patients (e.g., musculoskeletal issues, heart surgery), visits may be restricted or limited to within 10 minutes to prevent risks caused by overexcitement. -
환자안내 Patient Updates
입원기간 중 보호자의 카카오톡 혹은 문자로 1일 1회 환자의 사진을 전송해드립니다. During the hospitalization period, a photo of your pet will be sent via KakaoTalk or text message once a day. -
면회신청 Visiting Appointment
면회 및 의료상담은 예약제로 운영됩니다. 카카오톡채널 혹은 대표번호로 예약 부탁 드립니다. Visitation and medical consultations are operated by appointment only. Please make a reservation via KakaoTalk channel or our main phone line.

공통 General
퇴원 후 낯선 환경에 적응할 시간이 필요하므로, 아이에게 충분한 안정과 사랑을 전해 주세요. Your pet needs time to adjust to an unfamiliar environment after discharge, so please provide a calm environment and plenty of affection.

회복을 위해 목욕 및 무리한 산책은 삼가야 합니다. 산책 및 운동 재개 시점은 담당 수의사와 상의해 주십시오. Please avoid bathing and excessive walks for a smooth recovery. Consult with your attending veterinarian regarding when to resume walks and exercise.

공통 General
퇴원 2~3일 이후에도 식욕이 없거나 심한 기력 저하 및 기타 이상 증상을 보일 경우 병원으로 연락 바랍니다. If your pet continues to show a lack of appetite, severe lethargy, or other abnormal symptoms 2–3 days after discharge, please contact the hospital.

내과 Internal Med
안거나 들어올릴 때, 복부 쪽을 만질 때에는 주의가 필요합니다. Please be careful when holding, lifting, or touching the abdominal area.

내과 Internal Med
퇴원 후에도 이상 증상(구토, 설사, 식욕부진 등)이 당분간 지속될 수 있으니 주의 깊은 관찰이 필요합니다. Abnormal symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, etc.) may persist for a short period after discharge. Careful observation is required.

내과 Internal Med
소변 검사를 위한 채취로 인해 멍이 들거나 하루 이틀 혈뇨 증상을 보일 수 있습니다. 일시적인 증상이나, 증상이 지속될 경우 병원으로 문· 의해 주시기 바랍니다. Bruising or blood in the urine (for 1–2 days) may occur due to blood collection for urine tests. These are usually temporary, but please contact the hospital if symptoms persist.

외과 Surgery
퇴원 후 수술 부위에 불편함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 다리의 부종, 붕대 풀림, 붕대 부위의 분뇨 오염 여부를 꼭 확인해 주시고, 이상이 있을 경우 병원으로 연락 바랍니다. Discomfort near the surgical site may occur after discharge. Please check for leg swelling, loose bandages, or contamination (urine/feces) on bandages, and contact us if any issues arise.

외과 Surgery
회복 과정에서 수술 부위에 삼출물, 붓기 및 발적과 같은 염증 반응이 나타날 수 있습니다. 이 경우 증상 악화 방지를 위해 지체 없이 내원하시어 필요한 의료 처치를 받으시기 바랍니다. Discharge/fluid, swelling, redness, and inflammation may appear at the surgical site during recovery. In this case, please visit the hospital immediately for treatment to prevent worsening.

채혈 후 Post Blood Draw
수액을 맞은 경우 팔, 다리에 지혈대가 감겨있을 수 있으니 귀가 후 지혈대를 제거해주세요. 1시간 이상은 지혈대를 유지한 후 제거해 주시기 바랍니다. 목에서 채혈을 한 경우 해당 부위에 멍이 들 수 있으나 이는 며칠 후 사라집니다. A pressure bandage may be wrapped around the leg or arm where IV fluids/blood draws were performed; please remove it after returning home. Keep the pressure bandage on for at least 1 hour before removing. Bruising may appear where blood was drawn from the neck, but it will disappear after a few days.

삭모 주의 Shaving Care
각종 검사, 초음파 또는 수술 시 해당 부위에 제모되어 있을 수 있습니다. 해당 부위가 붉게 변하거나 가려움증을 느낄 수 있습니다. 이 증상은 점차 완화되며 가려움 증상이 심할 경우 연고를 처방해드리고 있습니다. 또한, 아이의 성향에 따라 일시적으로 식욕 및 활동 기력이 떨어질 수 있습니다. Fur may be shaved at specific areas for blood tests, ultrasound, or surgery. The area may look red or feel itchy. These symptoms will gradually subside; if severe, ointment can be prescribed. Depending on your pet's personality, temporary loss of appetite or energy may also occur.

약 복용 Medication
처방 약의 복용 방법과 횟수를 반드시 확인해 주십시오. Please double-check the administration method and dosage/frequency of prescribed medications.

식사 급여 Feeding
퇴원 환자의 경우 일시적으로 소화 능력이 저하될 수 있습니다. 회복을 위해 기름진 음식, 간식, 사람이 먹는 음식은 피해주시고, 소화가 용이한 처방식이나 일반식 위주로 급여해 주시기 바랍니다. Digestion may temporarily decrease after discharge. Avoid greasy food, snacks, or human food for recovery, and feed easily digestible prescription food or regular pet food instead.
